Sailing in early Friday to absorb some local knowledge.

Be on the lookout for a sexy, 43 year-old yellow hull...

For those arriving from the Ballard launch location, remember that four batterboards above water level on the north side of the Fremont Bridge means ~1 foot clearance above your wind indicator. Obviously, aim for the exact middle of the bridge span.

See this picture for amplification.

Should be no problem since water levels tend to be lower in the canal late-summer.

Scout has decided to dip it's toes once again into the boiling waters of the Norm Blanchard Regatta.. Probably will come down Friday afternoon from Magnuson Park.
